Who we are

We're a local family business that makes cash offers directly to homeowners. Since 2011, our family has bought 359 homes in 36 Southern California cities, most of them across the Inland Empire.

We’re the buyer, not a middleman. When we put a house under contract, we buy it with our own cash and close in our own name. We don’t assign contracts or do double closes. And if your house isn’t a fit for us, we’ll say so and still help you sell, by listing it, referring you to a local agent or connecting you with another local buyer.
